An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established multidisciplinary consultancy as a SHEQ Advisor. This is an internal facing role, working in the management systems team to assist on the delivery of the company's SHEQ management systems.
** This role will be based in Coventry with predominantly regional travel, although some travel further afield may be required **
The Role of the SHEQ Advisor will be:
Working both on-site and in the office to implement SHEQ policies and procedures Conducting audits and inspections, ensuring compliance in line with the company’s SHEQ targets and objectives Work to improve SHEQ standards across the division, developing resources and implementing and achieving SHEQ objectivesDevelop and deliver SHEQ training to both internal employees and external parties
The SHEQ Advisor will have:
5 years’ experience working in a H&S position as a minimum Experience working with management systems including ISO 45001, 9001 & 14001 Qualified to NEBOSH Certificate/NCRQ Certificate level or equivalent (essential)GradIOSH/CMIOSH (TechIOSH candidates will also be considered with relevant experience)Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
