Health, Safety, Security & Risk Manager EMEA

Shirley Parsons have exclusively partnered with a popular food retail company who have an opening for a Health, Safety, Security & Risk Manager for the EMEA region. This role will see the successful candidate responsible for contributing to the company's success by protecting partners and securing the company's assets through efficient risk management and effective communication. The role will involve hybrid working and will suit candidates commutable to London, with the ability to commit to travel throughout the EMEA region.

The Health, Safety, Security & Risk Manager will be responsible for:
- Evaluating the Health & Safety programs for business partners to identify risks and agree solutions.
- Having a detailed knowledge of all policies and procedures in relation to Health, Safety Security, and Risk.
- Providing support, advice, and guidance to all business partners within EMEA partners to ensure a proactive focus on Safety and Risk management is maintained.
- Conducting appropriate training in safety and risk management to all business partners in line with agreed objectives.

The ideal Health, Safety, Security & Risk Manager requires:
- Experience working in an international Health, Safety, Security or Risk Management role within the Retail, Hospitality, Travel or Leisure sectors.
- Recognised qualifications in Environmental Health or Health & Safety Management are essential.
- Dynamic approach to how you manage Risk and leading with ambiguity, with the confidence to make decisions and identify solutions.
- A collaborative and influential approach to the discipline, with the ability to adapt to and understand the company culture.
