Regional Safety & Security Manager

A popular leisure organisation with holiday parks across the nation have partnered with us exclusively to appoint Regional Safety & Security Managers, these roles will be field based and will involve regional/national travel. The main purpose of the role is to be responsible for managing and ensuring the safety and security of all teams and guests across a multi-site environment.

The Regional Safety & Security Manager will be responsible for:

• Management of regional safety & security programs and escalation of breakdowns
• Develop safety & security messaging, awareness, and training programs to increase engagement/improve culture
• Agree annual health, safety and security objectives that drive improvement and increase consistency
• Analyse security threats, provide advice and mitigation assuring that incident planning and management standards are in place/regularly tested

The ideal Regional Safety & Security Manager requires:

• Ability to develop safety & security strategies, planning and incident management
• Highly collaborative and able to influence at all levels, assertive, diplomatic, and culturally aware
• IOSH membership and NEBOSH general certificate (or equivalent)
• Experience in security or incident management highly beneficial
