Job Details
An opportunity has arisen for a HSEQ Manager to join a facilities management organisation. You will work in a central function, as part of the HSEQ team that provides support across a variety of accounts. You will ideally be based in the Midlands and be happy to travel on a national basis.
The HSEQ Manager is responsible for:
- Maintaining ISO certifications including 9001, 14001 and 45001
- Establish an audit schedule to ensure compliance
- Developing strong relationships with staff, clients and contractors
- Actively promoting and leading HSEQ initiatives to improve culture
The successful HSEQ Manager will have:
- - NEBOSH/ NCRQ Certificate or equivalent; ideally Diploma level
- - An environmental qualification
- - Previously worked in facilities management, ideally with Hard FM services
- - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage at all levels
