HSEQ Manager

An opportunity has arisen for a HSEQ Manager to join a facilities management organisation. You will work in a central function, as part of the HSEQ team that provides support across a variety of accounts. You will ideally be based in the Midlands and be happy to travel on a national basis.

The HSEQ Manager is responsible for:

• Maintaining ISO certifications including 9001, 14001 and 45001
• Establish an audit schedule to ensure compliance
• Developing strong relationships with staff, clients and contractors
• Actively promoting and leading HSEQ initiatives to improve culture

The successful HSEQ Manager will have:

• - NEBOSH/ NCRQ Certificate or equivalent; ideally Diploma level
• - An environmental qualification
• - Previously worked in facilities management, ideally with Hard FM services
• - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage at all levels
