Your new role
You will be responsible for several sites across your region mainly within the North West where you will work closely with senior management teams to ensure compliance with all Health & Safety policies and procedures whilst driving a positive safety approach with continuous improvement at the forefront. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Actively promote strategies and a positive behavioural safety culture across multi-sites within your region
  • Provide sound Health & Safety advice to colleagues at all levels
  • Conduct all inspections and audits across all sites, ensuring environmental matters are in line with the regulations
  • Ensure all compliance across all sites are recorded, improved and in line with guidance
  • Work closely and ensure all stakeholders, receive a high standard level of service
  • Create, and present all findings on reports including improvements and recommendations
  • Management of all training requirements across sites, including delivering toolbox talks where required


What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience in a similar role, hold NEBOSH certificate as a minimum and ideally have a background within construction or facilities. You will have a hands on but flexible approach to your work. Having a technical awareness and influencing skills will be key to this role. You must be willing to travel to numerous sites within your region. You will be able to demonstrate exceptional communication skills and have a real passion for safety.

What you'll get in return
Salary of up to £33,000, 25 days holiday plus bank holiday. Parking on site is available, travel will be included in this role, therefore you will have access to a company vehicle. There also is a generous pension scheme and a gym on site.
