CDM Consultant

We have a very exciting opportunity to join a large, dynamic and multi-disciplinary Consultancy who are looking to bring in another CDM Consultant into their team. Based in Northern Ireland, this role provides a unique opportunity to work across a range of utilities and commercial projects throughout the Greater Belfast area and other sites in Northern Ireland, offering Principal Designer and Health & Safety / CDM Advisory services to clients. You will be joining an well renowned organisation with a progressive culture who provide bespoke services to their clients and are looking for a competent CDM professional to join them and take the next step in their career.

The role of the CDM Consultant will be:

• Ensuring projects comply with CDM 2015, this is through involvement throughout the design phase and the start of various projects
• Assisting the client in carrying out their duties and Health & Safety management
• Delivering the Principal Designer duties for clients on certain projects, as well as more general CDM Advisory and Construction Health & Safety services
• Attending construction sites to complete inspections and reporting to the client

The CDM Consultant will have:

• A proven track record in delivering under the CDM regs 2015
• Experience in civil engineering and/or construction site safety or design (Architecture, Engineering, Surveying etc.)
• A NEBOSH National General / Construction Health and Safety certificate, or equivalent
• A degree in a construction related subject would be desirable
