Premises Health and Safety Manager - South

We are currently working with an international, fast growing, Engineering Consultancy who are looking to bring on a Property Health & Safety Manager to manage their property portfolio across the UK. This role will see you working with premises staff and the internal HSEQ team to ensure effect Health & Safety management of each site.

** This role will be home-based and will require travel across the South of England with ad-hoc travel required further afield **

The Role of the Premises Health and Safety Manager will be:

• Ensure effective Health and Safety Management across a portfolio of properties, ensuring policies and procedures are implemented and maintained in line with company standards
• Maintain premises Health and Safety protocols and conduct audits to ensure compliance
• Undertake risk assessments for premises and implement good control measures

The Premises Health and Safety Manager will have:

5 years' experience working in a H&S position as a minimum ideally within a property management/FM environment
Experience working with management systems including ISO 45001, 9001 & 14001
Qualified to NEBOSH Certificate/NCRQ Certificate level or equivalent (essential)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Full driving licence and willing to travel
