£35,000 - £40,000 + car package + benefits

This is a great opportunity to join the health and safety team of a growing construction company. Based in Bristol with travel to sites, you will be overseeing various fit out projects and will need to ensure excellent compliance and behaviours regarding health and safety. Due to the great levels of development and training on offer, this client are able to consider health and safety professionals from a variety of sectors, so this is a great chance to continue your personal and professional career growth. All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and hold the NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent as a minimum.

The Health and Safety Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Supporting and working with key stakeholders at all levels of the business to ensure high standards of compliance and behaviours regarding health and safety
  • Ensuring that relevant legislation is being complied with regarding health and safety
  • Supporting the management team with matters regarding performance, standards, and compliance
  • Managing, reviewing, and reporting on data regarding health and safety related issues to be able to identify areas for improvement
  • Carrying out SHE audits and inspections as well as recording your findings


    • The Health and Safety Advisor will have:

  • 1.5 - 2 years' experience minimum working in a health and safety role
  • NEBOSH/NCRQ Certificate or equivalent as a minimum
  • A full UK Driving Licence
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Eligibility to work in UK
