Supporting and working with key stakeholders at all levels of the business to ensure high standards of compliance and behaviours regarding health and safetyEnsuring that relevant legislation is being complied with regarding health and safetySupporting the management team with matters regarding performance, standards, and complianceManaging, reviewing, and reporting on data regarding health and safety related issues to be able to identify areas for improvementCarrying out SHE audits and inspections as well as recording your findings
£40,000 - £50,000 + car package + benefits
This is a great opportunity to join the health and safety team of a growing construction company. Based in Leicester with travel to sites, you will be overseeing various new build construction projects and will need to ensure excellent compliance and behaviours regarding health and safety. Due to the great levels of development and training on offer, this client are able to consider health and safety professionals from a variety of sectors, so this is a great chance to continue your personal and professional career growth. All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and hold the NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent as a minimum.
The Health and Safety Advisor will be responsible for:
1.5 - 2 years' experience minimum working in a health and safety roleNEBOSH/NCRQ Certificate or equivalent as a minimumA full UK Driving LicenceStrong communication and relationship building skillsEligibility to work in UK
