Job Title: SHE Advisor
Location: Coldharbour Depot
Business area: Highways
Contract / Hours: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £30k - £38k + Car + 26 days holiday plus bank holidays + Benefits

We are now recruiting for an enthusiastic Safety Health and Environment (SHE) Advisor to join our Highways team in Coldharbour / Weatherhill Depot to assist in the management and promotion of health, safety, environment and well-being for our Strategic Highways contracts within Area 4 Kent.
Key Responsibilities
The SHE Advisor will develop, drive and champion Safety, Health and Environment campaigns. Actively promote Safety, Health and Environmental issues in the workplace, setting a good example to other employees. Support the continued development of Kier's Safety Health and Environmental Management System. Undertake Site, Depot and Office Health and Safety Inspections. Liaise with Kier Occupational Health team to provide health & wellbeing support for Kier employees across the contract. Support Kier Highways SHEA Director and the wider Kier SHEA team.

What do we need from you?
- Experience working in a similar role
- NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent in Occupational Health and Safety
- Technical Member of IOSH
- Experience & knowledge of temporary traffic management and premises/facilities management
- Working understanding of SHE legislation
- Working knowledge of ISO: 9001 ISO: 14001 & ISO: 45001
