Your new role
In your new role you will be responsible in providing HSEQ training assistance to the HSEQ Training Managers and be welcoming visitors and training to the new facility training programme. You will also be To coordinate internal and external enquiries, room bookings, course capacity, subcontractor registers, coursework and assessments, course promotion and marketing, internal cross charging and external invoicing. In addition to To produce timely and accurate reports for training analysis and cross charging.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an advanced user of Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams and Excel. You will need to have some sort of admin, receptionist, sales/customer service experience as well as diary management. You will need to have a good understanding of Health & Safety practices and good communication skills. You must have a UK Driving License.
