HSQE & Facilities Coordinator, West London  

The Company:

Assured Safety Recruitment is working with an international plant hire company, who are searching for a Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental (HSQE) & Facilities Coordinator to join their busy London team.

 About the role:

As a Health, Safety & Facilities Coordinator, you will provide professional advice, guidance, and support on all HSE & Facilities within the organisation. You will coordinate all relevant activities to facilitate compliance with company HSE systems and policies and all relevant legal, industry and company standards. You will be the company point of contact for all clients and external agencies.

You will also manage site facilities maintenance requirements and provide the supporting documentation and analyses for the preparation of operation and capital expenditure. 

Duties will include but are not limited to: -

    HSQE Physical Conditions InspectionsInternal Integrated Management System AuditsThird party AuditsHSQE Management ReviewHSQ&E Committee meetingLegislation TrackingLegislation compliance auditSupplier ApprovalCoSHH AssessmentsRisk AssessmentsInvestigate/assist accidents & incidents, complete records, advise on actions requiredCompany Policies, HSQE Objectives and TargetsAssist in carrying out HSQE briefings/training to new starters, refresher sessions where necessaryEnsure all necessary records are maintained, including Standard Operating Procedures, HSQE standard forms, ISO and Insurance certificates, plant and equipment test certificates, etc., and hard copies displayed where necessary.
  • Manage the site facilities maintenance requirements
 Your experience:

 

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, within rail or engineering, or have worked in a heavily regulated industry. You will hold a relevant safety qualification such as a NEBOSH General Certificate.. 

You will have excellent communication and presentation skills as well as passion for Health & Safety.
