We are currently working exclusively with a leading manufacturing organisation, based in Worksop, Nottinghamshire, who are seeking a HSE Advisor to join their business. The client is open to someone who is looking for their first role within HSE or someone who has experience looking to gain more experience with a clear progression path, the individual will have the full support from the wider UK HSE team.

A brilliant opportunity to join a site that has recently been acquired and being invested into, they are seeking someone who can take safety to the next level at this site. You will be joining the business an exciting time and will be responsible for continuing to drive the Health and Safety culture forward at this site.

The HSE Advisor Role Responsibilities:

- Promote a positive Health and Safety culture across the business
- You will provide day to day Health and Safety advice
- Promote a positive safety culture
- You will be involved with carrying out accident investigations, risk assessments, audits, providing training, developing management systems and keeping abreast of new regulations
- Monitoring and developing Health and Safety performance within the business, ensuring standards and company objectives are met

The HSE Advisor candidate will have:

- NEBOSH General as a minimum, or working towards
- You will ideally have experience working in H&S role, and experience working in a fast paced manufacturing environment
- You will have a positive, proactive approach to your work, with strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Passion and wiliness to learn
- Knowledge of management systems is advantageous (ISO 45001 & 14001)
