We are working with a respected Housing Association who are looking for a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor to join their growing team. This position will provide support to the wider Health and Safety team. Our client is looking for a pro active team player who has a genuine interest and passion for Health, Safety and Wellbeing. Based from Manchester this role will involve hybrid working, with occasional site visits.

The Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor will be responsible for:

• Delivering a range of H&S advice, support and guidance
• Develop and deliver a range of H&S training across the organisation
• Actively promoting a positive H&S culture throughout the organisation
• Conduct a range of audits to ensure compliance

The Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor will:

• Hold the NEBOSH/ NCRQ Certificate or equivalent; ideally Tech IOSH
• Ideally have relatable experience in sectors such as housing, property, retail or similar
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Be enthusiastic, driven and engaging; committed to CPD
