Health and Safety Advisor (Part-time) 21 hours
Assured Safety Recruitment is proud to be representing a unique organisation with a wide-ranging risk profile to appoint a health and safety advisor to join their small team supporting a key part of their operations.
About the role
In addition to health and safety, the team are also responsible for wellbeing throughout the organisation. As Health and Safety Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Health, Safety and Wellbeing requirements by providing competent advice to managers, safety representatives and employees. You will be involved in the delivery of Health, Safety and Wellbeing projects and campaigns as part of a team, building strong working partnerships with stakeholders to enable the continued development of a positive health and safety culture. You will support, coach, train and empower employees and managers and help provide pragmatic and practical solutions.
In addition, the ideal candidate will meet with following requirements:
· Demonstrable experience in a Health, Safety and Wellbeing role
- Experience of managing a variety of risks in a medium to high-risk environment such as construction, engineering, transport etc
· NEBOSH General certificate
· Hold a full clean driving licence
What’s on offer
Salary: £37,500 -41,500 (pro rata £22,500 - £24,900)
