Salary: £40-45k plus benefits including 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), pension, bonus

Assured Safety Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a HSE Manager to join a team committed to preserving and improving health and well-being.

The Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager will be responsible for ensuring safe and environmentally compliant operations, playing a crucial role in ensuring the protection of workers, the public, and the environment during the organisations critical operations.

Your role will include, but is not limited to:

Safety Compliance

Risk Assessment

Regulatory Compliance

Training and Education

Incident Response

Facility Inspections and audits

Health and Environmental Protection

Data Management

Continuous Improvement

You

You will have experience in a similar role, and you will be educated to Degree level in a Health & Safety/Science/Engineering or related subject as well as holding a Health & Safety qualification. NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) is preferred. You will have experience in auditing HSE management systems and knowledge of ISO45001,14001,9001.

You will have excellent communication and leadership skills and any experience in Healthcare or a related industry would be beneficial.
