Homebased Health and Safety Consultant

Location: West Midlands Area

The Company

Assured Safety Recruitment is partnering with a West Midlands based Health and Safety Consultancy to manage the recruitment of a new Health and Safety Consultant. The consultancy provides health and safety consultancy services to local business's, across the West Midlands area. Previous experience as a Health and Safety Consultant is not essential, it is more important you have effective communication and relationship building skills and enjoy working with variety of people.

About the role

As a result of their growing client base, the company are therefore seeking to recruit a Health and Safety Consultant to join their close-knit team.

This a home-based role offering excellent work-life balance, with regular site visits to a variety of local SME clients, in the West Midlands and surrounding counties.

Everyday can be different, you maybe auditing, writing health and safety policies, producing risk assessments, delivering health and safety training or coaching staff and managers.

Ideally you will have strong background in either working in construction or with sub-contractor/trades or a manufacturing/production background.

Your experience

Candidates will need to have the following skills and experience:

Holding or close to completion of Nebosh Diploma Level 6 or equivalent

Good relationship building and communication skills

Strong auditing skills

Excellent written skills for report writing

Driving Licence
