Location: London with Regional Travel across Southern England
Salary: Circa £55,000 + Excellent Benefits

Irwin and Colton have been engaged by a leading entertainment provider to recruit a Health and Safety Manager. The organisation is renowned within the industry, with over 60 venues across the UK, Germany and the US. This role will be specifically focusing on the health and safety management for their venue portfolio across the South of England and will be reporting to the Group Safety and Security Manager.

Responsibilities of the Health and Safety Manager will include:

• Implementing health and safety policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
• Managing health and safety risk assessments and data trends across the South portfolio
• Conduct investigations, and report on significant incidents and claims.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits across all the venues and offices within the region
• Working closely with contractors and customers to ensure safety is implemented and followed accordingly, in relation to events

The successful Health and Safety Manager will have:

• Proven experience in a multi-site Health and Safety role is key; ideally within Hospitality, Retail or a customer-facing environment
• NEBOSH Certificate / equivalent as a minimum
• Excellent communications skills with proven experience engaging a wide range of stakeholders in a corporate environment
• Willing to travel to sites, with overnight stays occasionally
