An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading technology and software company to recruit an Interim EHS Lead. This organisation is a multi-billion pound company with a global presence across more than 100 countries for over 100 years. This position is taking a leadership role across the organisation and is primarily responsible for maintaining health, safety, and environment performance.

Responsibilities for the Interim EHS Lead will include:

• Support H&S alignment for newly acquired businesses, guiding them to meet company protocols. Ensure H&S resources, policies, and site standards are compliant, including the presence of fire wardens and process adherence.
• Oversee ongoing H&S projects, ensuring all processes align with company standards and that activities continue smoothly.
• Final sign-off on risk assessments for major events and overall oversight to ensure compliance.

The successful Interim EHS Lead will have:

• Proven H&S expertise, particularly in compliance and risk assessment.
• Experience in real estate and managing H&S across multi-site portfolios.
• Strong communication skills, with a confident approach to stakeholder interaction and final sign-offs on compliance and risk-related matters.
• Familiarity with managing large-scale events and acquisitions is highly advantageous.
